What a painting. I have been trying to work myself up to do a similar work. I just can't bring myself to do such blatant color effects but I should because that's painting.
As you may know, reproductions of this painting, like this one here do not at all capture the wonderful lighting of the actual painting.
I stumbled upon this immage looking for something completely unrelated to art and was struck by it's beauty enough to stop, appreciate, and comment.
